Return Policy

We accept returns for repair or replacement on all products purchased directly from us.

Returns
Pack your item securely, mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel, and include all original accessories. Returns that arrive incomplete or unsecured may not be processed.

Exchanges
Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing us. Once confirmed, we'll send you a return address and cover the replacement shipping at no cost.

Refunds
We don't offer cash refunds. Store credit is issued instead, which can be applied to any future purchase.
