Shipping Policy

We ship with The Courier Guy and PEP Paxi. The Courier Guy offers door-to-door delivery, kiosk collection, and locker pickup — choose whichever works best for you at checkout.

Orders are processed seven days a week and dispatched within 24 hours. Most packages arrive within 1–3 business days. Customers in Pretoria can select same-day delivery on orders placed before 10am.
