These terms govern your use of the Tgemapparel website and any purchase made through it. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to be bound by them. All transactions are subject to South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

1. Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received in full. We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if a product is unavailable or if a pricing error has occurred. All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

2. Shipping

We use reliable local shipping options like The Courier Guy(Door delivery, kiosk and locker collection options), and PEP PAXI delivery. Orders are dispatched within 24-36 hours, seven days a week. Delivery typically takes 1-7 business days. Same-day delivery is available for customers in Pretoria on orders placed before 10am. Full details are set out in our Shipping Policy.

3. Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 calender days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. To request an exchange, email us within this window and we will provide a return address. Return shipping on the replacement is covered at no cost to you.

4. Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds. Where a return is approved, store credit is issued to your account and can be applied to any future purchase.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or does not match what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion.

6. Product Information

We make every effort to display products accurately, including colour, description, and sizing. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings or product batches. These do not constitute grounds for a return unless the item is materially different from its description.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, copy, and branding, belongs to Tgem Apparel. It may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
